摘要: |
目的 研究番茄红素对邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(di-n-butyl phthalate,DBP)所致果蝇生殖毒性的拮抗作用.方法 将果蝇随机分为5组,分别给予溶剂对照培养基和含1.0?P及不同浓度番茄红素的培养基喂饲,雌雄配对产子,每日观察并记录子代孵化数和死亡数.结果 与对照组相比,DBP组果蝇的生育率和平均生育数降低,生育期缩短,子代死亡率升高(P<0.05);随着番茄红素浓度的增加,染毒果蝇的生育率、生育期和平均生育数逐渐提高,子代死亡率逐渐降低.结论 DBP可对果蝇产生生殖毒性,而番茄红素对这种影响有拮抗作用. |
