| 摘要: |
| 目的报告同时前列腺摘除并腹股沟疝修补术手术体会。方法38例前列腺增生合并腹股沟疝患者在一次手术中同时完成治疗,所有患者均采用凡能斯提尔切口完成疝修补及前列腺切除术,所有疝修补术均采用巴西尼方法完成。结果所有患者手术均获成功,无明显并发症及死亡。结论同时前列腺并腹股沟疝修补术是一种安全有效的手术方法。 |
