| 摘要: |
| 目的讨论三维数字减影血管造影（3D-DSA）在脑动球瘤血管内栓塞治疗中的价值。方法对60例确诊为脑动脉瘤的患者．术前、栓塞术中行3D-DSA检查，其中40例行3D-DSA随访，随访时间为3～18个月：结果在术中312-DSA指导下致密栓塞48例，术后无一例再破裂，40例经3D-DSA随访者被证实完全闭塞。结论3D-DSA可提高颅内动脉瘸血管内栓塞的致密程度和安全性。 |
