| 目的 研究基质金属蛋白酶-2,9(MMP-2,9)在膀胱移行细胞癌(transitional cell carcinoma,TCC)中的表达 及其与膀胱癌侵润转移的关系。方法 采用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)技术,对43例膀胱癌手术切除标本 (癌组织及癌旁组织)中的MMP-2,9基因表达进行半定量检测。结果 MMP-2 mRNA在77％(33／43)的膀胱癌组 织、21％(9／43)的癌旁组织中表达;MMP-9 mRNA在53％(23／43)的膀胱癌组织、26％(11／43)的癌旁组织中表达。 癌组织中MMP-2,MMP-9的表达水平(0．929 1±0．294 5,0．760 2±0．323)均高于癌旁组织(0．587 8±0．110 3, 0．527 5±0．113 8),差异有显著性。癌组织中MMP-2,9的表达水平和膀胱癌的分级分期有关。癌组织中的 MMP-2表达阳性率高于MMP-9(P<0．05)。癌组织中MMP-2的表达和MMP-9的表达相关(rs=0．919,P< 0．001)。结论 MMP-2,MMP-9基因在膀胱癌和癌周组织均有差异性表达,表达水平与膀胱癌侵袭相关,可能为反 映膀胱癌侵润转移的生物学指标。 |
