| 摘要: |
| 目的 观察分析影响无创正压机械通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺病（chronic cbstructive pulmonary disease，COPD）急性发作期患者有效性的因素。方法对我院2002年1月至2005年2月间68例（GOPD）急性发作行无创正压机械通气的患者，根据最后是否建立人工气道分为有效组与无效组。比较两组年龄、生化指标、动脉血气及诱发因素。结果 两组在年龄、治疗前动脉血气差异无显著性（P＞0．05），血尿素氮、肌酐、白蛋白水平差异显著，诱发因素有明显不同。结论 影响无创正压机械通气治疗COPD急性发作期患者有效性的因素以急性发作期的诱因为主，与血尿素氮、肌酐、白蛋白水平相关。 |
