| 目的 采用事件相关功能磁共振成像(event related functional MRI,ER-fMRI)方法考察AD患者脑内负责空间注意定向及解决干扰效应神经机制的特点,并进一步探讨AD与正常老年对照组前后注意网络相互作用的差异。方法 对12例AD和10例正常老年对照组进行了视觉定向中返回抑制效应与Stroop色词任务相结合的实验测试,同时采用Siemens Sonata 1.5 T成像系统,采集其脑部的BOLD-fMRI数据,通过 SPM软件进行统计分析得到脑功能活动的图像。结果 12例AD受试者中 10 例及全部对照组的资料符合研究条件而被采用。AD患者和正常老年对照组在单独完成 Stroop和 IOR 任务时,脑区激活模式相似。结论 AD 患者和正常老年对照组的Stroop干扰效应均受注意的调节,但注意调节的神经机制很可能是不同。 |
