| 摘要: |
| 目的 探讨胆胰术后胃瘫综合征发生的病因、诊断方法、治疗手段和疗效。方法 对 8例胆胰术后胃瘫综合征患者的临床表现 ,诊断方法 ,治疗手段进行回顾性分析。结果 年老、恶性肿瘤、无胃切除的胃空肠吻合术的患者发病率较高 ,胃镜、上消化道造影是诊断本病有价值的方法 ,经保守支持治疗后胃肠动力一般可在术后 8周内恢复正常 ,手术治疗效果差。结论 保守支持治疗是治疗胆胰术后胃瘫综合征的有效手段 ,应避免手术治疗 |
