| 目的 探讨血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)mRNA在膀胱癌组织中的表达状况。方法 用逆转录聚合酶链反应法(RT—PCR)检测27例膀胱癌及其癌周组织VEGF mRNA的表达情况。结果 病理活检证实的27例膀胱癌组织中，VEGF mRNA阳性表达13例，阴性14例；癌旁组织均无表达，癌组织表达率明显高于癌周组织(P＜0．01)；18例表浅癌VEGF mRNA阳性表达6例；9例浸润癌中VEGF mRNA阳性表达7例，浸润性膀胱癌VEGF mRNA表达率明显高于表浅癌(P＜0．05)。结论VEGF mRNA的表达增高与膀胱癌的局部发展和转移可能有关，可作为判断膀胱癌生物学行为的指标之一。 |
