| 摘要: |
| 目的：探讨多阶段控制性降压复合低温麻醉对骶骨肿瘤切除术的影响。方法：回顾分析1991年12月至2001年7月23例骶骨肿瘤切除手术麻醉的处理对术中出血量、心电图、尿量、肝肾功能的影响及麻醉并发症。结果：患者全部顺利度过手术期，术中出血量少，心电图ST－T监测无明显变化，术后肝肾功能无异常。结论：采用多阶段控制性降压复合代温的麻醉方法，术中加强监护，可有效减少骶骨肿瘤切除手术的出血量和相关并发症。 |
