| 目的探讨老年冠脉缺血者心电图QTcd与健康老年人相比有无显著差异及自主研制的复方黄芪袋泡饮能否改善这种差异.方法对比分析冠脉缺血组31例和健康老年组33例QTcd测定值,并比较复方黄芪袋泡饮治疗冠脉缺血组前后的QTcd和血液流变学测值变化.结果冠脉缺血组 QTcd值显著大于健康老年对照组(t=6.91,P<0.01),复方黄芪袋泡饮治疗冠脉缺血组后的QTcd值较治疗前显著缩短(t=5.31,P<0.01),该药能明显降低血液粘度 (P<0.01),使冠脉缺血症状改善率达90%.结论老年冠脉缺血者心电图QTcd值较健康老年人显著延长,复方黄芪袋泡饮能够改善这种异常延长. |
