| 摘要: |
| 目的 探讨肥厚型心肌病（HCM）的发病年龄及其与心肌肥厚程度之间的关系。方法 收集24年来收治的42例HCM病例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 HCM发病的平均年龄为62．1岁，50岁以上病例超过83％，且舒张期末室间隔厚度（IVST）、IVST／左室后壁厚度均明显小于50岁以下者。结论 近年来HCM发病年龄呈现老龄化趋势，随年龄增长心肌肥厚程度反而减轻，两者呈负相关。 |
