| 摘要: |
| 目的 探讨胃肠道间质细胞瘤的临床诊治。方法 回顾性分析14例胃肠道间质细胞瘤临床资料。结果 胃肠道间质细胞瘤临床较少见，多发生于胃，十二指肠及空、回肠，术前较难确诊，诊断依靠免疫组化，免疫组化表型为肌源性及神经源性双向分化，Vimetin阳性，CD34多数阳性，良恶性判断取决于肿瘤大小及核分裂相计数，根治性手术是治疗手段，术后对潜在恶性及恶性病例需予以密切随访。结论 术前经内镜、影像学和组织学检查确诊胃肠间质细胞瘤是可能是，术中正确判断良恶性并实施彻底手术是治疗的关键。 |
